High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT)
This is a 40 min small group class we offer 7 days a week. This class combines both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body as well as high-intensity and lower intesity. We use compound exercises that target more than one muscle group per exercise.
This style of workout is fast and efficient way to lose weight and burn body fat. It also increases the number of calories burned after a workout which is called afterburn. These workouts also increase V02max as well as your overall fitness.
We train to become more athletic no matter what stage of life your in!
This workout can be done 1:1 or with a small group. These workouts include learning proper form as well as maximizing Olympic lifts like Snatch, Clean & Jerk and Clean & Press. While barbell lifting is a goal of these workouts this is not all we do here. The workouts are programmed to generally increase strength and muscle endurance. You will get tired but will feel empowered at the same time!
We are throwing some weight around!
These workouts are geared for those individuals that need or desire 1:1 instruction. They will be geared for the members exact goals. We provide anywhere from mobility workouts, strength training and/or cardio endurance training.
