Strength sessions focused on increasing power not just strength.  Lifting heavy does not always translate to the sport. We focus on strength with power and decreasing the time it takes to reach peak power.

Speed Training

Speed sessions focus on training for a moment.  Sessions will focus on agility and quickness training ito improve the athletes ability to change direction, brake suddenly and perform sport-specific skills with speed and dexterity.

Focused training on position specific drills.  These sessions can be one on one or in small groups of your peers.

Personal Training sessions can be for athletes who want to work one on one or for that adult who just wants to train like an athlete.

Recovery and Prevention is a large part of athletes performing at the highest ability.  Not all injuries are preventable but we can reduce muscle strains, tendonitis and overuse injuries.  The theropies include stretches, cupping and more.
