ADULT FITNESS

​We offer several options for our Adult members. We have High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT) for those who prefer a challenging and fast-paced workout. We also offer personalized one-on-one training for those who need a more tailored experience. Finally, our Functional Fitness Class is perfect for those who want to build strength and lift heavy weights.
